General Terms & Acceptance

Service Availability

The platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseeable technical interruptions. joea9 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from service downtime beyond its reasonable control.

Account Registration & Eligibility

In order to access the full range of joea9 services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Eligibility Requirements

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

Account Credentials

Supported Payment Methods

Deposits

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with joea9's anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. joea9 may request KYC documents before releasing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No upper withdrawal limit is applied by joea9, though payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Processing times vary by method: mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) withdrawals are typically processed within 2–12 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• joea9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

joea9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms specified in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses credited to a joea9 account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus funds, not to your cash balance, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Cash deposits remain unaffected and are always available for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
• joea9 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or with the intent to abuse the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the joea9 platform. They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash directly.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If a bonus is not used or wagering requirements are not met within the specified time window, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

Bonus Abuse

joea9 employs automated monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a wagering requirement outcome regardless of game result, or exploiting a technical error in a game or bonus mechanic. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited. joea9's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on joea9, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the integrity of games, or the reputation and operations of joea9. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, table, or tournament.

• Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

Responsible Use

Intellectual Property

All content on the joea9 platform — including but not limited to the joea9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of joea9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joea9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, resale, or commercial exploitation of any joea9 content.

• You may not copy, mirror, scrape, or systematically extract any content from joea9.net without prior written consent from joea9.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

Effect of Closure

• Players whose accounts are closed for breach of these Terms are not eligible to re-register. Any attempt to open a new account following a closure for breach will result in that account also being closed and any deposits being returned.
